Classes are held at Carle Clinic – Champaign on Curtis unless otherwise noted. 

Monday

  • Maintenance Class ** noon – 1 p.m
  • HMR at Home, Maintenance Class 4:30 - 5 p.m.
  • Orientation (FREE)*** 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.
  • Maintenance Class ** 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
  • Basic Nutrition Class 5:30 – 6:45 p.m.

Tuesday

  • Weight Loss Class 5 – 7 p.m.
  • Core A Weight Loss Class 5 – 7 p.m.
  • Ongoing Weight Loss Class 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday

  • Maintenance Class ** 7 – 8 a.m.
  • Orientation (FREE)*** 11a.m. – noon
  • Maintenance Class at The Forum in Urbana noon – 1 p.m.
  • HMR at Home (FREE) noon – 1 p.m.
  • Maintenance Class ** 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
  • Core C Weight Loss Class 5 – 7 p.m. pending
  • Blitz Class (offered 3-4 times per year)*  ** 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
  • HMR at Home 8 – 8:30 a.m.

Thursday

  • Orientation (FREE)*** 11a.m. – noon
  • Maintenance Class ** 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
  • Core B Weight Loss Class 5 – 7 p.m.
  • Ongoing Weight Loss Class 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
