Many insurance companies require you receive to their authorization before scheduling a consultation or surgery, so be sure to check with your insurance carrier prior to making an appointment.

For reconstructive plastic surgery, your insurance company may require physicians’ reports or photographs before we begin treatments or procedures. If so, our staff will help you with this process.

Elective cosmetic consultation fees and procedures are usually not covered by insurance and are due at the time of service.
