Help control workers' compensation costs with IMEs

An Independent Medical Examination (IME) is a useful tool for employers in controlling their workers’ compensation costs on pending cases.
If you are concerned your injured employee is not progressing appropriately or need a second opinion on the employee’s ability to return to work, ask your third-party administrator or workers’ compensation carrier to schedule an IME.

Dr. Thomas Sutter, Medical Director of Carle Clinic Occupational Medicine, is available to perform IMEs. To schedule an appointment, call (217) 383-3077.

For more information, call Deb Hendren, Business Health Services Sales Representative, at (217) 383-8369.
