Scott Stephens, DO, has joined the Carle Clinic staff to practice pediatric hospital medicine at Carle Foundation Hospital.

Dr. Stephens graduated from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, Tulsa, Okla., and Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah. He completed an internship in osteopathy with an emphasis in pediatrics at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Islip, N.Y. He also completed residency training in pediatrics at Good Samaritan Medical Center and at Winthrop University Hospital, Mineola, N.Y. 

Dr. Stephens is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Hospital Medicine, American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Pediatrics.
