Aja Lystila, MD, has joined the family medicine team at Carle Foundation Physician Services in Mattoon.

Dr. Lystila completed residency training in family medicine at Methodist Medical Center of Illinois, University of Illinois College of Medicine, Peoria, Ill. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, Ill., and Lake Forest College, Lake Forest, Ill.

Dr. Lystila is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, Illinois Academy of Family Physicians, Illinois State Medical Society and the Rural Health Interests Group – IAPF.
