Jason L. Konzelmann, MD, has joined Carle Clinic as an emergency medicine provider.

Dr. Konzelmann completed residency training in emergency medicine at the University of Florida Health Science Center/Shands, Jacksonville, Fla. He graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, Ill., Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Ill., and the University of Illinois, Urbana, Ill. He is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Konzelmann previously served as a pharmaceutical sales specialist for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Wilmington, Del., a teaching assistant and lab researcher at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and a phlebotomist at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, Ill.
