For the second year, Carle Clinic will present Pink Perks cards to women who receive a mammogram now through September 2009. Presented at Carle Clinic – Danville on Fairchild, the cards feature special savings from local businesses who partner with the Clinic to encourage women to get this important screening. The number of Pink Perks partners has nearly doubled since the program’s inception last year.

Carle Clinic – Danville performed more than 3,500 mammograms last year. In 2008, Carle Clinic – Danville on Fairchild implemented digital mammography and now offers extended hours for weekday evening appointments. Radiologists who are fellowship trained in breast imaging read the mammograms.
