COMMUNITY FLU CLINIC
Carle Clinic – Rantoul, located at 1540 E. Grove Street, will host its annual community flu clinic on Monday, November 10, from 9 a.m. to noon. The flu shot will be available for ages 4 years and older.
The Centers for Disease Control recommend flu vaccines for persons age 18 and older, though some Carle Clinic locations specify minimum age requirements.
Flu shots cost $30 and pneumovax $50. No appointment is necessary to receive a vaccination. Carle Clinic patients may choose direct billing and must bring their clinic number and insurance card to do so. Medicare patients must bring their Medicare cards. Otherwise, payment by cash or check will be required at the time of service.
