NEW LOCATIONS OPEN

Carle Clinic primary care services have relocated to new state-of-the-art facilities. Carle Clinic - Champaign on Curtis opened July 21, and Urbana on Windsor opened August 4.

All primary care physicians and providers at Carle Clinic - Southeast Urbana, Champaign on Mattis and Champaign on Kirby have moved to the new facilities; some primary care physicians at the main campus in Urbana have relocated as well. Convenient Care relocated from Champaign on Mattis to Champaign on Curtis July 21. Urbana on Windsor will also offer Convenient Care beginning September 2.
