Carle Heart Center was the first in the area to utilize laser technology to help relieve painful chest pressure once thought incurable. We are the only area facility to use a special Rotoblator technique, which opens clogged arteries that traditional therapies cannot. And we are one of only three facilities in Illinois to invest in the next generation of digital cardiovascular imaging, enabling physicians to detect and repair the tiniest vascular injuries after a cardiac incident.
