On-site Educational Workshops
Resolutions offers workshops to help foster a better relationship between employees and leadership. At these customized on-site workshops, our training staff can assist your company in the following areas:

Space is limited. A two-hour workshop costs $250, which includes training time and materials.
Counseling
Sometimes the best way to handle a problem is with personal intervention. Resolutions has confidential counseling for your employees and their family members on the following topics:
- Relationship/marital conflicts
- Emotional stress
- Family and parenting difficulties
- Alcohol and substance abuse
- Workplace problems
- Financial issues

Crisis Management
Resolutions critical incident stress debriefing (called a CISD) is offered to employees who experience an extremely stressful event. These on-site group sessions are provided within 24 to 72 hours of a critical incident.
